Question: What’s the difference between a response and a qualified lead?
Answer: Lead Nurturing

Hi-Impact offers lead nurturing services in which our skilled telesales representatives will open a dialogue with a campaign responder (i.e. prospect) and begin a one-to-one relationship. Our nurturers call each responder to answer their questions, understand their situation and needs, and begin the qualification process. Sometimes all that is needed is one call and the response is a qualified lead, providing it meets the pre-determined qualification criteria. Other times, it requires multiple calls and e-mails by the lead nurturer to assess and track the responder as he moves through the A-I-D-A cycle.

A-I-D-A (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) is an important process to understand when developing each and every campaign. To know how a prospect moves from awareness of an issue to actually doing something about the issue is key so that the campaign can be designed with the right tactics delivered through the right mediums.
